Incident of bicycle in use: “If you wish to take out a bicycle and the station screen says: "bike in use"
Incident with a bicycle: “Report an abandoned bicycle”.
Incident with a bicycle: “Report a faulty bicycle or any other fault”.
Incident with a station: “Report a station that is not working or with any fault”.
Incident with a card: “Indicate that you have not received the card or a duplicate 10 days after having requested it”.
Charge: “Report disagreement with a charge made by the service”.
Enquiry or suggestions: “Make an enquiry or suggestion on the service”.
