Temporary Subscription

The temporary subscription is personal and non-transferable. It allows you to use the service for 72 hours after activating it with your first use, meaning that if you are visiting Zaragoza it is a good means of transport for getting to know the city as you do not need to be a resident.

  • Go to the section on “Temporary registration” and complete the registration form with all your details following the steps indicated. Remember the code number as you will need this to take out bicycles, along with the password that you will receive on your mobile phone.
  • You will receive an email confirming your registration in the service in which you will be given the access code and password, as well as information of interest to you.
  • A deposit of €200will be applied for this service. This amount will be retained and your credit/debit card will only be charged if the bicycle is not returned to the system within 24 hours of being removed from a station. This is common practice in vehicle rental, hotel bookings, etc.
  • Bizi complies with the secure online shopping protocol. Check with your bank that your credit/debit card is compatible with this protocol. *
  • Find out in which way your bank will validate the transaction, whether by a coordinates card, SMS, etc.
  • During the payment process you must follow all the steps and finish the operation clicking on the “continue” button. If this is not done then problems might arise when processing the registration.
  • The temporary subscription is activated on the first use. Key in your code and password on the keypad at the Bizi station and you can enjoy use of the service for the following 72 hours.
  • If you have not activated your subscription within 30 days of registering, activation will take place automatically.

You can also set up the temporary subscription through your mobile phone, access via the Web at www.bizizaragoza.com or download the app BiziZGZ and complete the registration form.

*We inform you that our service is an online service and is not compatible with cards belonging to the 6000 network or Maestro cards.

To register for the Bizi service in person, go to our Customer Service Office on Calle Ariza, Ctra. Antigua N-II, km 315.7, 50011 Zaragoza.

Opening hours are from 9am to 5pm, from Monday to Friday (working days).

  • The Bizi staff who attend to you will process your temporary subscription.
  • You will receive an email confirming your registration in the service in which you will be given the access code and password, as well as information of interest to you.
  • The temporary subscription is activated on the first use. Key in your code and password on the keypad at the Bizi station and you can enjoy use of the service for the following 72 hours.

This service is prohibited for minors under 16 years old.
People between the ages of 16 and 18 need a signed authorisation from their parent or legal guardian.
This should be taken to the Customer Service Office before users can subscribe to the service.

The following should also be presented:

  • Spanish ID or residency card of the minor and the legal guardian who registers him or her.
  • Photocopy of the Spanish “libro de familia”, birth certificate or similar documentation where the names of the legal guardians and the minor appear.
  • A bank card compatible with the secure online shopping protocol.
  • The legal guardian will read and accept the Use of Service Conditions of the corresponding contract.
