Welcome to Bizi

Zaragoza's new public transport system is called Bizi. It is a new, simple, practical and sustainable service that you can use for your journeys around the city. Go where you want, when you want, without fumes or noise.

Combine it with other forms of public transport and you can go anywhere.

It's simple. Just follow these steps:

Activate your card:
You must activate your card before you can start using this service. Access the "User zone" in www.bizizaragoza and enter your username and password. Follow the steps that appear under the "Activate card" section. If you have registered via your Fluvi card, the service will be automatically activated three days later.

Take out your bicycle:

Once your card has been activated you can visit any station where you will find a SAT (Service Access Terminal). Place the card near the terminal's reader and follow the instructions that appear on the screen. Once your details have been verified, the SAT will tell you which bicycle you can remove and will automatically release the locking device.

Use it to travel around:
The Bizi is an individual form of public transport for travelling from one point to another. Therefore:

  • The first thirty minutes of your journey are free.
  • After this thirty minute period you will pay €0.50 for every 30 minutes of use up to a maximum of two hours.
  • Remember that the bicycle may not be used for more that two hours per journey*.

Once this time period has expired you will be charged a penalty of €3 per hour or fraction of an hour. If you exceed this time limit three times you will be automatically suspended from the service.

* A journey is defined as the route that is taken on the bicycle from one station to the return station, regardless of whether it is the same or a different station.

Returning the bicycle:
After using the bicycle you must return it to your closest station. Never leave it in the street. Leave the bicycle in a free locking point. You will know that the bicycle is correctly parked when the red light comes on.

Never forget to carry your pass card with you! 1000 bicycles are waiting for you!
Use one and you will soon discover how comfortable and convenient they are. They also feature:

  • Wide and ergonomic handlebars
  • Adaptable seat height
  • Three gear speeds
  • Stand for when not in use
  • Automatic night lights system
  • Anti-slip pedals
  • Rear panniers
